Terms of Service
Terms for a non-custodial interface: no account, no subscription, and no claim over your assets.
Last updated 31 August 2026
1. The service
Morain is a website and interface that reads public pools on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663), presents them as one book, and helps you prepare transactions for the smart contracts at the addresses listed here.
The service is non-custodial. We do not hold funds or keys and cannot move, freeze, or recover assets for you. Each trade goes directly from your own wallet to the contracts only after you sign it.
2. Accounts and fees
There is no registration, login, or account. Using the interface does not require your name or email address.
The routers charge a 0.30% protocol fee, or 30 basis points. That is the maximum written into the contracts and cannot be increased beyond it. The fee comes from the received token and follows the immutable treasury rules of the deployed contracts. The receiving treasury has no general withdrawal function; verify its address and source in the registry before trading.
You also pay network gas and any fees charged by the underlying pools. Those amounts do not go to us.
3. Software and risk
The contracts not been audited. Their source is public, they are verified on a block explorer, and they are covered by our tests, but no independent third party has reviewed them. Testing cannot rule out defects.
The interface is offered as is, without express or implied warranty. You use it at your own risk and should limit your exposure accordingly.
4. Your transactions
You are responsible for your wallet, keys, selected network, and every transaction you sign. A transaction included in a block is irreversible; we cannot undo it for you.
On-chain prices may change between quote and settlement. The router reverts if the actual output falls below the minimum you signed, but it cannot promise a particular execution price.
5. No advice
Site content is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to trade. We do not issue, custody, or endorse tokens shown in the book, including third-party tokenised equities.
You must determine whether you may lawfully use this interface and hold assets routed through it in your jurisdiction.
6. Availability
The interface can be slow, inaccurate, or unavailable. Indexers may lag, nodes may limit requests, and we may take the site offline without notice.
The deployed contracts work independently of this website and can be called directly by anyone.
7. Permitted use
Do not use the interface unlawfully, to evade sanctions, or where its use is prohibited. Do not attack, overload, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
8. External services
The interface uses third-party services outside our control, including public RPC nodes, a block explorer, and an indexer used only for pool discovery. Your wallet is also a separate product with its own terms. We are not responsible for those services.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from use of this interface or the contracts, including lost funds, failed or reverted transactions, wrong prices, downtime, or contract defects.
10. Updates
We may update these terms. The dated version on this page is current. Continuing to use the interface after an update means you accept the revised terms.
